EXHIBITION "40 YEARS OF PAINTING"

Under the commemorations of his 40 years of career as a painter António Carmo is showing:

- October/December 2007 at Galeria Biblioteca Almeida Garret in Oporto (Portugal)
- February/March 2008 at Casa das Artes in Sines (Portugal)
- May 2008 at Galeria del Palau in Valencia (Spain)
- June 2008 at Mosteiro de Alcobaça (Portugal)
- October 2008 at Casa da Cultura in Bragança (Portugal)

The new project "Sailing through the Ateliers of Memory" will be presented in September 2008, in Brussels - Galerie Albert I. This exhibition is a tribute to the great Belgian painter Edmond Dubrunfaut, recently disappeared.

Part of this exhibition will be shown in Lisboa at Galeria Galveias January/March 2009.
A tile mural (14x3 meter), named “Portugal all over the World” is projected for the City of Amadora. It will be installed in a public open area.

Recently António Carmo installed a "tile mural" at the garden entrance of Parque Biológico de Gaia in Avintes (Oporto), in memory to the great Portuguese singer who died 25 years ago, Adriano Correia de Oliveira.
